Philosophy:

I believe that a happy and fulfilled life is complimented by a healthy lifestyle including massage therapy. Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, said, "the natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well."  Together we can acheive your wellness goals!  We all posssess the power to heal ourselves; as your massage therapist I will facilitate healing through and individualized apporach of bodywork and education.  I look forward to working with you.
